Make sure you’re logged into your Gulfstream Adobe account

Select an Agreement Template, then select “Use Template”:

Carefully enter Freelancer name & email, then click the “Prefill” button:

Step 4: Prefill (Customize agreement details before sending):

Once you send the agreement, you’ll get a series of emails from Adobe Sign related to the agreement. Once the freelancer signs it, you’ll be emailed a signed copy, which can be filed away in the proper issue folder on Google Drive. If a freelancer doesn’t receive the agreement, ask them to check SPAM + whitelist adobesign@adobesign.com.

Signed agreements should be saved to Google Drive:

PUBLICATION > CURRENT ISSUE > CURRENT YEAR > CURRENT MONTH > ADMIN
